Kfar Eldad
Kfar Eldad was founded in 1982 at the foot of Herodion on the Eastern side of Gush Etzion bordering on the Judean desert, and is a 15 minute ride from Jerusalem (7.5 km). To date Kfar Eldad numbers 140 families, with 70 of them having emigrated from the former Soviet Union. The community has doubled in size over the last few years, as some 70 families and young couples have moved in and is currently home to 100 children and adolescents
